At Mayfair Home Furniture, we think it’s important to provide a comprehensive service to our customers, which is why we offer a free UK mainland delivery included in the price of products displayed on our website.
HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?
At Mayfair, we have two types of product, those which are stored across the UK in various warehouse locations and those which are made to order in Europe.
For the UK stored goods the delivery time we ask for is 7-10 working days, however we always aim to deliver as soon as possible to we often deliver much sooner than this.
FREE Courier Delivery:
Delivered within 3-5 working days if in stock
Please note this excludes fragile items such as mirrors & other glass furniture
1 Man delivery Monday – Friday, 8.30am - 6pm
Applicable for items under 30kg and/or under 1.2m
Please leave your mobile number so courier can text and email you with delivery details
If you would like to pass any special instruction onto delivery driver, please specify at checkout
If nobody is at the premises the driver can leave your item with a neighbor but you must specify this when purchasing.
Free 2-Man Delivery:
Delivered by our carefully selected courier Monday – Friday from 08.30 – 18:00
2 Man delivery for items over 30kg and/or above 1.2m
Courier will contact you via text to arrange a suitable delivery date, contact will be made once item has arrived at courier’s warehouse
Another text message will be sent to you the day before delivery to advise you of 2-hour delivery window for the following day
On day of delivery you will be sent a text and email with a live link to track the progress of your item whilst out for delivery.
The goods which are made to order in Europe, lead times vary from product to product. We show an indicative guide to delivery periods for each product on our website and we will provide you with an estimated period for delivery when we email you to confirm your order. We know that waiting for beautiful new furniture makes you feel like a little child at Christmas, which is why we’ll give you weekly updates of your order so that you can keep track of the manufacturing process.
When products are ready to be shipped, you will be contacted by our delivery partner who will arrange a convenient delivery time and date with you. Delivery will be made to the address you specify in your order.
Once the delivery time and date for your order is arranged, it is very important that you adhere to it and ensure that you are at the property to take delivery. We can arrange another time and date if you miss your delivery slot, but only your first delivery slot is free and we will charge you for re-arranging a new delivery slot. Unfortunately, due to the size and weight of most of our products, it is not possible for customers to arrange their own pick-up of products. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
If you are not delighted with the product, we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund if the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and with the original packaging. Please note it is critical that you keep all the original packaging and repack the item with care.
